Bennett Gualdoni earned his Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a licensed CPA. Bennett is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting, real estate, and investment management.

Bennett began his career in public accounting, gaining expertise in financial reporting, tax strategy, and advisory services. Bennett further gained experience at a Big Fourfirm, where he specialized in asset management with a focus on real estate funds, assisting with buy-side and sell-side due diligence for complex transactions.

Currently, Bennett serves as the Financial Controller for Tellus Holdings and its affiliated land development and home building entities, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning to support long-term growth.

Outside of work, Bennett enjoys golfing, exploring Atlanta, and spending time with family.
